Paper Regulations<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

All authors, who wish to present their innovative and high quality research work to IUSCI Conference, should submit their original paper through our Submission System \"Microsoft CMT<\/strong><\/a>\".<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The maximum length of the submitted work has been now set at 14 pages<\/strong> (with references included).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The minimum length of the work submitted shall not be less than 5 pages<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
All papers submitted at IUSCI 2025 will be scientifically evaluated by a panel of experts. IUSCI<\/strong> 2025<\/strong> will be scientifically evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the conference.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Types of Accepted Papers<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

The accepted papers are divided into 2 different categories: two different categories<\/strong>:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Full Papers (Full Papers)<\/strong>\nFull paper will be considered every manuscript that extends from 12 pages upwards<\/strong>, including reports (pages = 14<\/strong>).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Short Papers (Short Papers)<\/strong>\nAs short papers will be published all manuscripts that have length less than 14 pages in length<\/strong>, including reports (5 \u2264 pages < 14<\/strong>).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
All accepted papers (both Full Papers and Short Papers) will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Presentations<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

The Hybrid Conference will give the authors of all accepted papers the opportunity to present their work either by physical presence (on-site)<\/strong> at the venue of the Conference or Remotely (online)<\/strong>. Oral presentations, in both physically and remotely participation, are featured as follows:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Short papers<\/strong>: 10\u2032 presentation + 2\u2032 questions<\/strong> (12 minutes in total)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Complete works<\/strong>: 12\u2032 presentation + 3\u2032 questions<\/strong> (15 minutes in total)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

How to submit a contribution<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

Create an account<\/strong> at \"Microsoft CMT<\/a>\"<\/strong>, if you don\u2019t already have one.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Activate your account<\/strong> by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.\n

  • Note:<\/em> Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Log in<\/strong> at: Microsoft CMT<\/a><\/strong> using the login details you provided at the beginning.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Click on the \"Create new submission\"<\/strong> (top left) to start the submission process.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Select the appropriate section if there is more than one (e.g. Main Conference \/ Workshops<\/strong>, when available).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Fill in the required information<\/strong>:\n

  • In the section \"TITLE AND ABSTRACT\"<\/strong>, fill in the corresponding cells with the Title and the Abstract of the manuscript.<\/li>\n \t
  • In the section \"AUTHORS\"<\/strong>section, please input details for each author of the paper.\n
      \n \t
    • Note:<\/em> Only one author can be designated as corresponding author<\/strong>. By default, it is the one who submits the work.<\/li>\n \t
    • You can change the corresponding author by clicking on the circle next to the name of the desired author.<\/li>\n \t
    • Only the corresponding authors receive updates<\/strong> about the submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t
    • In the section \"SUBJECT AREAS\"<\/strong>, select 1 main<\/strong> and up to 3 secondary<\/strong> thematic areas.<\/li>\n \t
    • In the section \"FILES\"<\/strong>, upload your work file (PDF, maximum size 50MB<\/strong>).<\/li>\n \t
    • In the section \"ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS\"<\/strong>, answer the two questions required for the proper conduct of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Review your submission<\/strong> and click the button Submit<\/strong> to complete it.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Paper Format<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

All submitted papers must follow the format of the series Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)<\/strong>, to be considered for publication.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Authors must ensure that their work complies with Springer's guidelines.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Scientific Committee<\/strong> reserves the right to change the format of a project if necessary.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tr>\n
Warning<\/strong>, submitted papers must present original and unpublished research work<\/u>, which is not under review<\/u><\/b> for publication in other scientific journals or conferences during their evaluation for the present Conference.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
