Organizing Committee
The IUSCI Organizing Committee consists of students of the Department of Informatics of the Ionian University and with subsidiary participation from the Department of Arts, Sound and Image of the same University, who work with passion and dedication to conduct a high quality scientific conference. It takes on the coordination of all aspects of the organisation, from programme organisation and submission management to communication and promotion of the conference.
With the vision of creating a a dynamic and innovative scientific environment, this team ensures that the IUSCI 2025 will be a unique experience of networking, learning and exchange of ideas for students, researchers and professionals from the field of IT.
Information Technologies Committee
The Information Technologies Committee manages all technical aspects of the IUSCI conference, ensuring the smooth operation of the website, technical support and LiveStreaming solutions. Responsible for the ongoing updating and maintenance of the website, ensuring immediate access to up-to-date information for participants and the public. At the same time, it ensures the resolution of any technical problem that may arise during the conference, ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. In addition, it provides the possibility to watch the conference live, ensuring that the event can be followed by the public, regardless of their geographical location.
Funding & Sponsorship Committee
The Funding & Sponsorship Committee is responsible for fundraising and sponsorship, budget management and planning of sponsored activities, with the aim of securing funding for the conference. She works closely with sponsors and companies to enhance the quality of the conference activities and ensures efficient management of funding, monitoring the success of her strategies.
Programme & Content Committee
The Programme & Content Committee is responsible for the development of the conference programme and communication with speakers and participants. She ensures that the thematic sessions cover the latest trends and developments in the field of IT, while at the same time she ensures the smooth flow of the conference and the best possible experience for the participants, coordinating the presentations and the management of the talks.
Public Relations & Promotion Committee
The Public Relations & Promotion Committee is responsible for the promotion of the conference through social networks, the design of promotional material and the organization of communication activities. Ensures the increase of the visibility of the conference, enhancing its presence in the public and attracting more participants and sponsors, through communication and marketing strategies aimed at the broad visibility and success of the event.
Supply Chain & Conference Support Committee
The Supply Chain & Conference Support Committee is responsible for managing the venues and organising the flow of the conference, ensuring that all operational issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Ensures that the participants are supported, ensuring that their experience is smooth and enjoyable, while ensuring that the conference runs smoothly with appropriate organisation and logistics.
Evaluation & Feedback Committee
The Evaluation & Feedback Committee is responsible for collecting feedback from participants, analysing the results and proposing improvements for the future. It ensures that the participants' experience is evaluated in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement, thus providing useful guidance for the development of future events.
