Mr. Aristides Vrachatis obtained his PhD in 2016 from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics of the University of Patras, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 2011.In 2013 he received his MSc degree in the Postgraduate Program in Computer Science and Technology of the same Department.

His research interests focus on contemporary and interdisciplinary areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Systems Biology and Network Medicine, with the aim of linking computational science with biomedical applications.
