Call for Proposals

The 2nd Ionian university Student Conference in Informatics (IUSCI), which is organised under the auspicies of the Department of Informatics of the Ionian University, invites students, researchers and scientists from various fields to submit their papers for presentation during the conference, which will take place in Corfu, on 5-6 of May, 2026. 

The submission will start on 29 March until will remain open until April 16, 2026. The accepted papers will be presented at the conference, on May 6th (the second day of the conference).

Warning, submitted papers must present original  and unpublished research eork, which is not under review for publication in other scientific journals or conferences during their ealuation for the present Conference.

The conference covers a wide range of contemporary and innovative research areas, aiming to enhance scientific debate and promote knowledge in the following thematic areas:

Submission Instructions:

  • Submission of Tasks:  Interested parties are invited to submit their work via the online platform of the
    conference, Microsoft CMT"
  • Language of Work:   Papers can be submitted in either Greek or English, according to the requirements of the conference.
  • Evaluation process:   Each paper will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges, who will take into account the scientific integrity, methodology, originality of the research and its contribution to the field of Computer Science.
  • Form of Work:   Submitted papers should follow the technical formatting guidelines provided on the submission platform. In particular, delegates should make use of this template with which to send their work for review: Overleaf example Project Template and submit it in PDF format.



Poster Submission:

At IUSCI 2026, there will be an opportunity to submit posters. Each poster must be accompanied by a brief abstract of 250–300 words.
